Locality: Barrios Unidos On January 27 and 28, guided tours will be conducted for the community to visit the last ZBP of the MAB Urban Art and Graffiti Marathon, located on Calle 68 and Carrera 30 (NQS). This marks 14 zones where life, color, and urban art have been created. Both sides of this ZBP will be painted by 29 artists who responded to the public invitation launched by Idartes in November. One of the main objectives of the work will be to capture what was built with the communities in the appropriation and creation laboratories held on December 14 and 15, and to interpret it with each of their artistic visions. Another major goal is to make this area safe and free of violence, especially for women and girls. In addition, the project seeks to integrate symbolic and cultural references from the surrounding neighborhoods, so that the communities most likely to use the bridges are represented in the 29 works of art that will come together to create this unique artwork. This is an invitation for citizens to approach this new area, as their active participation and ownership are crucial for the long-term preservation of the project.
